Easy Greek Tomato and Cucumber Salad
Recipe from Kraft Food & Family magazine
What you Need:
2 cups chopped cucumber (about 1 large)
2 medium tomatoes, cut into chunks
1/2 cup coarsely chopped green peppers
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup Kraft Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
What to Do:
Toss all ingredients (TOGETHER, not into trash bin haha) and serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 4. Recommended to serve within 24 hours of making.
